*財力證明書及財力保證書各 1 份（總額至少美金 3,000 元或臺幣 10 萬以上），有關財力證明（請選擇以下任一種方式繳交）：

1. 最近3個月內中文或英文財力證明書。

2. 臺灣金融機構開具之最近3個月內財力證明影本一份。

3. 獎學金學生需檢附全額獎學金得獎證明。（財力證明書非申請者本人帳戶，應附上資助者之附表 2、財力保證書及其存款證明，至少 3000美金或等值）

* One copy of Financial Statement and Financial Guarantee (Total amount of at least U.S. $ 3,000), for financial proof; please select one of the following submission methods:

1. 1. One photocopy of Chinese or English financial statement within the past three months.
   2. One photocopy of the financial statement within the past three months issued by a Taiwan financial institution.
   3. Students with scholarships should attach proof of full amount of scholarship awarded.

NOTE: If the financial statement is not the personal account of the applicant; it should be accompanied by the sponsors' financial guarantee statement and proof of deposit (Appendix 2).

*語言能力證明文件: 依系所之授課語言繳交語言能力證明文件，招生系所之授課語言另於招生簡章公告。

（一）中文授課：

1. 繳交相當於華語文能力測驗 TOCFL A2（基礎級）（含）以上之中文能力證明。
2. 母語為中文、前一學位為中文授課或前一學位主修中文，提供相關證明者，免繳前開之中文能力證明。

（二）英文授課：

1. 繳交相當於 CEFR B1級（含）以上之英文能力證明。
2. 國籍為英語系國家、於英語系國家取得前一學位或前一學位為全英語授課，提供相關證明者，免繳前開之英文能力證明。

Language proficiency documentation: Submit language proficiency documentation based on the language, or languages, of instruction specified by the department. The language(s) of instruction for each admission department will be announced in the admissions brochure.

1. Chinese-taught programs:

1. Submit proof of Chinese language proficiency equivalent to Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) A2 level or above.
2. Those whose native language is Chinese, or who have obtained a previous degree in Chinese, may be exempt from the above Chinese language proficiency requirement by providing relevant proof.

2. English-taught programs:

1. Submit proof of English language proficiency equivalent to Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B1 level or above.
2. Those with nationality from an English-speaking country, who have obtained a previous degree in an English-speaking country, or whose previous degree was conducted entirely in English, may be exempt from the above English language proficiency requirement by providing relevant proof.

休、退學退費比例： 1.註冊日(含)之前休、退學者應免繳費。 2.註冊日次日起至上課(開學)日之前一日：學雜費基數退還2/3，學分費及其餘各費全部退還。 3.上課(開學)日(含)之後未逾學期1/3：學雜費基數、學分費及其餘各費退還2/3。 4.上課(開學)日(含)之後逾學期1/3，未逾學期2/3：學雜費基數、學分費及其餘各費退還1/3。 5.上課(開學)日(含)之後逾學期2/3：各項費用均不退還。

 Refund ratio for academic hiatus / withdrawal: 1. Students applying for academic hiatus / withdrawal before the registration date (inclusive) are exempt from paying fee. 2. After reaching 2/3 of the semester’s duration after the start date of classes (start of semester): no fees will be refunded. From the day after the registration date to the day before the start date of classes (start of semester): 2/3 of the base amount of tuition & miscellaneous fees are refunded. Academic credit fees and other remaining fees are fully refunded. 3. 4. 5. After the start date of classes (start of semester) date to before reaching 1/3 of the semester’s duration: 2/3 of the base amount of tuition & miscellaneous fees, academic credit fees, and other remaining fees are refunded. After reaching 1/3 of the semester’s duration after the start date of classes (start of semester) to before reaching 2/3 of the semester’s duration: 1/3 of the base amount of tuition & miscellaneous fees, academic credit fees, and other remaining fees are refunded.
