Channels for foreign students who wish to study at NKUHT are as follows:

1. Foreign applicants: Please complete the online registration and mail all supporting documents to NKUHT in accordance with the yearly Admission Guidelines and Application Form, within the set time frame (accepted according to postmarked date; see the Admission Guidelines and Application Form for details.)

 

2. Overseas Chinese applicants have three channels available to them (Overseas Chinese status is conferred by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan)):

 

(1) Via Joint Entrance Examination: Please refer to the website of the Committee of Recruitment Policy Advancement for Technological Colleges and Universities. All applicants who meet the requirements established on the administration website, that is, overseas Chinese students in Taiwan (for example, who have graduated from a National Overseas Chinese Experimental Senior High School and) who have already participated in and hold a transcript from the Joint Entrance Examination, may participate in the joint allocation for entrance to the day school of four-year institutions of technology and two-year junior colleges. (2) Via an Overseas Chinese Student Preparatory Program (if applicable): Please refer to the National Taiwan Normal University Overseas Chinese Student Preparatory Program website (http://mtc.ntnu.edu.tw/eng/). Graduates of this program participate in the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students allocation process (https://en.overseas.ncnu.edu.tw/).

 

(3) Overseas Chinese students from all regions are asked to visit the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students website (https://en.overseas.ncnu.edu.tw/).
