Application Schedule

1. Application Period:

There are two application rounds. Applicants may choose to apply in either round. The application period for the first round is expected to be from October 30, 2024, to December 13, 2024. The application period for the second round is expected to be from January 20, 2025, to March 21, 2025. Late applications or incomplete submissions will not be accepted, and extensions for document submission will not be granted. (The official dates are subject to the announcement in the application brochure.)

2. Application Method:

Please apply through the online foreign student application system (https://examstd.nkuht.edu.tw/EnrollSTDFS/), follow the prompts to input your information, and upload the required documents. All files must be uploaded in PDF format. If there are multiple electronic files for a single item (e.g., transcripts), please combine them into a single file before uploading. If the documents are unclear, they will be considered incomplete, and the application will not be accepted.

There is no need to send hard copies by mail. Please keep your hard copies properly, as you will need to submit the original documents to the International Affairs Office for verification at the start of the semester.
