The principal language of instruction at NKUHT is Chinese (Mandarin). Applicants should be proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese. Only the professional subjects offered for the Bachelor's program in International Tourism Management, Bachelor's program in Chinese Culinary Arts,International Master Program of Tourism and Hospitality and Ph. D Program of Tourism Management are taught completely in English.
